Hello,
I’m Sophie, a psychological counsellor offering sessions online in both English and French.
My work is shaped by a life lived across cultures and continents, a deep love of psychology, and an enduring curiosity about the human experience.
As a French-American third culture kid, former hotel industry professional, trailing spouse, and mother of two, I’ve called seven countries across three continents home. These experiences have given me a nuanced understanding of cultural identity, belonging, and resilience through life’s many transitions. My personal journey informs my therapeutic approach and helps me understand the complexities of identity, belonging, and change.
In our sessions, you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — listening deeply, offering insights, and helping you uncover your own resources. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, whether that’s emotional pain, uncertainty, or the desire for change, and find ways to move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and empowered to create meaningful change.
